Whitlock publisher, 99 Fourth ave., NY. Copyright 1885 by Brig Genl, SB Holabird QR Master General USA. Litho G.H.BUEK & CO NY. Measures 19" tall x 16.5" wide. It is made of tin metal with Litho image. There are several areas, especially around the edges where the paint has crazing and aged. There are 2 areas where you can see the metal under the paint.
