Advantix - For dogs weighing 40 kg up to 60 kg, it is useful for treating and preventing flea infestations, treatment of chewing lice infestations and tick infestation repellent.
It also has repellent action (prevents stinging and consequent feeding) against some types of sandflies, flies and mosquitoes.
Active Substances (per 1 pipette):
Imidacloprid (600.0 mg)
Permethrin (40/60) (3000.0 mg)
Excipients:
Butylhydroxytoluene (E321)
N-Methylpyrrolidone
Triglycerides, medium chain
Citric acid (E330; for pH adjustment)
How to use:
Keep the dog standing for easier application.
Remove a pipette from the package.
Hold the pipette upright with the lid up.
Twist and remove the cover and reattach it in the reverse direction. Turn the cover to remove the safety seal and remove it again.
Distribute the contents of a pipette evenly at 4 different points along the midline of the back, starting between the shoulder blades and going to the base of the tail. At each point, remove the animal's hair until the skin is visible.
Precautions:
Do not apply on injured skin.
Do not give the veterinary medicinal product to dogs less than 7 weeks old or 40 kg in weight.
Do not administer to cats.
Avoid contact between the contents of the pipette and the dog's eyes or mouth.
Avoid the animal or other animals in contact with it lick the application site.
Consult your veterinarian before applying the veterinary medicinal product on weak or sick dogs.
Avoid contact of the veterinary medicinal product with the skin, eyes or mouth.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during the application.
Wash hands thoroughly after application.
Avoid direct contact, especially by children, with the treated dog until the application site is dry.
Do not allow newly treated dogs to sleep with owners, especially children.
Veterinary medicinal product dangerous for aquatic organisms - do not allow the treated dog to swim in waterways within the first 48 hours after treatment.
