True Value Master Plumber Chrome Plated Plastic Toilet Paper Roller - New - 1993 Vintage

This is a True Value Master Plumber branded toilet paper replacement roller. This one is chrome plated plastic, and is actually from 1993. As shown, it is still new and sealed in its retail packaging. Although this should not matter for an item like this, I will also point out that the packaging itself has notable shelf wear, including a cut bottom left corner. See pictures for details.
