An Elegant Hamsa pendant engraved with "Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excels them all." (Proverbs 31:29 ).

Many women have shown their strength and have succeeded, but you have excelled in all your doings over all women before you.

"Many daughters have done virtuously" – how can many daughters do virtuously? We have already said that a virtuous woman is rarer than rubies, and that her virtues are unique. The answer to the question is: "but thou excellest them all." Yes, there are many women. There are wise women, there are beautiful women, there are kind women, but you "excellest them all!"

This is the virtue of the virtuous woman. Indeed there are wise, beautiful and kind women, but a woman who possesses all the three virtues together is the virtuous woman who rises above the others!

The Hamsa is an ancient amulet for magical protection against the evil eye or envious. The word Hamsa is driven from the Semitic root of hamesh which means five in Hebrew. The Hamsa shaped as a hand with 5 fingers raised as a stop sign for the evil from entering.

A great gift for Bat mitzvah or your daughter's birthday.
