Batik is a traditional process of coloring textile through a series of waxing and dyeing. The process involves covering the areas of cloth which are not to be dyed with melted wax through the 'tjanting' or 'stamping' process ; the wax is later removed by immersion in boiling water. An exquisite batik piece is then hand painted with special care and attention given to the application of both design and color.

These premium clothing do not need a lot of special care because we use high quality rayon and shrinkage in washing is very minimal. However some attention will be necessary to prolong your garment. The fabrics has been saturated with dye during production, you can expect dye to runs during washing process but this will not affect the color of your garment.
Please follow these washing instructions.
1. For machine wash, select delicate / gentle cycle and use cold water. However for the beginning few times, please wash by hand.
2. When washing, please separate the darker colored pieces with lighter colored pieces.
3. Do not use chlorine bleach, strong detergents or brighteners.
4. Do not wring or twist to squeeze out the water.
5. Line drying is recommended. Avoid direct sunlight, hang to dry in shady area inside out. Sizing There are many discrepancies between sizing systems for different countries and it is not a good idea to buy clothes based solely on these conversions guidelines. To determine whether you prefer your clothes to be snug, loose or fit, please prefer to the actual measurement by Chest, Waist & Hip measurement that are found in all my product descriptions.
