Dwarf Astilbe grows 12 - 14 inches tall, and its elegant, lacy green foliage is topped with plume-like flower clusters on slender upright stems. Astible Showstar mix features a variety of colors such as lavender, white, pink, cream and carmine. The blooming Astilbe adds a splash of colors to a shade garden, and attracts butterflies and bees. Astilbe Showstar Mix is a compact and bushy plant that is a popular choice for containers and borders or various garden applications in shade areas. Snowstar Astilbe is ideal for woodland gardens or at the edges of pools. Astilbe Arendsii likes shade but can tolerate partial sun, if the soil is kept moist.
