Metal is not the best option in our expert opinion for this mounting place. This kit is built to withstand any type of abuse you plan on putting your truck through. In summary, this kit is KICK ASS.
This is the EASIEST kit on the market to install on your truck. High quality shock extenders are the best way to allow your factory-length shocks accommodate the taller ride height while maintaining a smooth factory ride.
