Singing Nun Soeur Sourire 7-1/2 Philips Reel to Reel Tape Play Tested EXC

The Singing Nun Soeur Sourire (Sister Smile) — on 7" 4-track Reel to Reel at 7-1/2 ips. The good Sister spent 10 weeks at the top of the pop charts in 1963-64 with "Dominique" and it took no less than The Beatles to derail her! I purchased this used, and played the tape once — please see last image for notes...somewhere in the tape is a splice which I noted as "superbly clean" so there MAY be half a syllable missing....or not. I can't currently play reels to check (see FINE PRINT below please). Complete with Portfolio cover (has some foxing as shown)...inside that is a very clean 12-page booklet with the story of the Sister and her guitar Adele, plus lyrics in both French and English for all tracks on the reel. Also in the portfolio are reproductions of 4 of the Sister's watercolors. The one with a Sister seated at a table has minor discoloration in the upper left corner, rest are clean.Box is tight and amazingly clean with only very minor rubs along the bottom box edge from storage. It has been stored indoors, upright in a bookcase since...non-smoking and pet-free home. Please refer to all photos for condition. I can ship up to three 7" reel tapes in a box and am happy to combine on shipping. FINE PRINT:My reel tape purchasing addiction began in 1999 and ceased circa 2002. Being more than a tad retentive, I kept a notebook of listening notes on every tape I purchased, and many also have a post-it note attached with the basics. My deck has been closeted since 2007 (needs some work), so those notes are as much info as I can provide regarding tape play condition — as they play tested then and having not been touched since.
