Green tea is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a powerful anti-oxidant. Scientific research has indicated the health benefits of drinking green tea as it lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.


Ingredients:
Green Tea, Chlorella


Direction of Use:
Add hot water of about 180 ºF (80 ºC ) over the tea bag. Steep for 2 minutes or so and let it cool slightly. Enjoy your cup of green tea.
