Secretary of Defense James Heller, played by William Devane, and his daughter Audrey Raines, played by Kim Raver, are in great danger. Jack and Audrey are in a relationship together. Terrorists kidnap the Secretary of Defense and his daughter, forcing Jack into using creative thinking. He is obliged to use unorthodox measures.
