Do-it-yourself crown kit

This do-it-yourself crown kit is ideal for craft projects, birthdays or other celebrations. Includes a white head band, colored feathers, a card stock/foil crowns, pom poms with tinsel and birthday-themed decorative embellishments. This kit comes in a poly bag with header card. Crown is 3 1/4" x 11 3/4". Feathers are about 2 3/4" in length, and pom poms are 5/8" in diameter.
