For it's age, it is in good condition...however, because it is perfect bound and in a hot, dry climate, some of the pages have separated from the binding, (see photo's [There are a few]) - can, and should be rebound - all pages are here. There are some dog eared corners. With age there is also a bit of light tanning on the pages
