This is a plush Care Bear Cousins Loyal Heart Dog from Play Along, dated 2003. This version is from the Collectors Edition Series 2. He is approximately 9 inches tall (sits 7 inches high), and comes as shown, with his butt tag and hang tags. The plastic heart on his rear has heavy rubs on the lettering, and the hang tags have some wear from normal handling. See pictures for details.
