OTHER ACCESSORIES NOT INCLUDED. 2) This service is to replace and install Generic 3X RQ10 Blades and Foils only in your old Philips Norelco RQ10 head for 1050X 1060X 1080X 1090X. Please note that these are 3rd party products and we do not manufacture these blades/foils. 3) Buyer needs to send their old Philips Norelco RQ10 head only via postal service and email us the tracking number on ebay. An address will be provided upon receipt of payment. 4) Upon receipt of item we will inspect the item and let you know if this can be replaced. If not, then we will issue a refund minus our shipping charges and small inspection fess of $5 and send the item back to you via USPS first class service. 5) If the item can be replaced, then we will replace Blades and foils and update with a tracking number on Ebay and email the same info to the buyer as well. 6) Before shipping their item to us, buyer needs to ensure that the head is not broken or cracked. 7) The shaver head will be returned in the same condition that it was sent it with replaced foils and blades. We will not be cleaning the head- that is the buyer's responsibility. Please note if we are replacing foils and blades then we will discard your old shaver head's foils and blades and you will receive the generic ones with the head. During the replacement process, the old foils/blades can break and hence will be discarded. 8) Once we provide a confirmation that this heads foils and blades replaced, no refund will be honored under any circumstances. If we are replacing the foils and blades, that will be a final sale. 9) The turnaround time estimate is 3-4 business days after receipt of the item at our facility.Buyer need to send item in 3 Business days. 10) We will only be using USPS first class to dispatch all items. 11) If the buyer knows how to replace the foils/blades, then please email us and we will gladly ship the foils/blades and the service will be completed. In this situation, the buyer need not send the head to us. Once we dispatch the foils and blades, they will be buyer's responsibility. 12) As per the manufacturer, these foils/blades need to be replaced every 3-6 months for best results.
