Nintendo Action Shield Sunglasss - Officially Licensed Product - 1989 Renaissance Eyewear - Rare

Excellent condition Nintendo Action Shield Sunglasses (1989) by Renaissance Eyewear.

The glasses have Action Shield# 5 on the right inner arm and Color# 30 on the left. The outside left arm is emblazoned with the Nintendo logo.

Unfortunately additional details about the glasses are elusive to find online. However my research did discover that these glasses were officially licensed by Nintendo and manufactured by Renaissance Eyewear on 1989.

Do to the apparent rarity of the item additional information is pretty scarce. I did manage to find a few pictures of the retail packaging that came with the glasses originally though; please see the last 2 pictures. (Packaging not included with this sale; just the glasses)
