Mini Collector Plate - Songbirds Themed - 4" - Made in Korea - Song Birds - 1980s Vintage

This is a mini collector plate. It is approximately 4 inches in diameter, features a pair of small song birds, and has a string loop affixed to the back so it can hang on a wall. I have no idea who the manufacturer was or when this was originally sold. The only identifying marking is a Made in Korea sticker on the back. As shown, it has wear from age and normal handling, and could also use a gentle cleaning. The tape measure shown in the pictures is not included.
