Vintage Empress China SaucerHand Painted. Made in Japan. Beautiful Floral with Gold Trim. This is a rare china and the company is said to have been creating china the 1920s to the 50s. I also read this this was a part of the Noritake Company. Not sure but I did get these at an estate sale with a large selection of Noritake China.
