For best results in setting our plain rim grommets and washers, use an Osborne No. 500 hole punch not included and an Osborne No. 216 setting die with corresponding sizes. Also can be set using W-1 & W-3 Machines. (Cutter,Setter and Press Not included) C.S.Osborne & Co. No. G1-6. Made in the USA . CNC machined from high grade tool steel, Properly machined and hardened. No. G1-6 sets size 6 grommets. Size 6 grommets have a 13/16" diameter hole when set in, 1.828" out side diameter, and 0.232" Length under flange . Hole punch not included .Grommet dies and cutters should be used with an Osborne rawhide hammer or wooden mallet, not with a steel hammer. We recommend C.S.Osborne & Co.
