Material is brass with dull black finish.For best results in setting our ROLLED rim grommets and SPUR washers, use an Osborne No. 500 hole punch and an Osborne No. 217 setting die with corresponding sizes. Also can be set using W-1 & W-3 Machines. C.S.Osborne & Co. No. B2-3. Size 3 grommets have a 15/32" diameter hole when set in, 0.97" out side diameter, and 0.255" Length under flange . Hole punch not included Material is brass with dull black finish. . Grommet dies and cutters should be used with an Osborne rawhide hammer or wooden mallet, not with a steel hammer.
