His election to President of the United States of America in 1961 saw him serve nearly two years before his assassination in Dallas on November 22nd, 1963. Much has been written about his public and private life. February 23rd 1952, he signed a letter on Congressional letter head, to Eileen O’Rourke who was the wife of Massachusetts Representative John O’Rouke thanking her for “…..assistance on the affair at the hotel……” He has signed in black fountain pen John Kennedy.
