Ben HoganBen Hogan U.S. Open Photo - Signed Check Display.Signature Royale SKU#GOBH2140-SProduct DescriptionIn 1950 Ben Hogan won the US Open, held at the Merion Golf Club in Ardmore Pennsylvania. It took 90 holes of golf to decide the winner. A Playoff was held as Ben Hogan, George Fazio, and Lloyd Mangrum, tied after the regulation 72 holes with a four round total of 297. Hogan won the playoff by four strokes over Lloyd Mangrum who took second place. A 16x20 B&W Photo of him hitting to the 18th at Merion during round four of the U.S Open at Merion in 1950. Erroneously labeled the “1 Iron” shot even though Hogan states in his book he hit a two iron, and the greatest sportswriters of the day concur with him. Below the famous black and white image is an actual, hand signed check signed officially “W Ben Hogan”. Either side of the check are replica badges for entry to the 1950 US Open, a club house badge on the left and a grounds admission badge on the right. The informative information is in the photo. Matted and framed as shown using tan and gold matt. Mounted on fabric and framed in the popular black slope to an approximate overall size of 26x30x2 inches. Ready to hang. Signature Royale lifetime guarantee of authenticity, with its own, individually numbered, Certificate of Authenticity.Framedas shown with descriptive plaque.***Limited Availability***AuthenticityProvidedby Signature Royale100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK_____________________________________________________We Accept PAYPAL.
