Mafia don Sadhu Bhai (Kelly Dorjee) operates in various countries like Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia. Dhanraj (Mukesh Rishi) oversees operations in Hongkong. Baadshah (NTR) is his son. Baadshah is a terror for opponents. By seeing his sharpness Sadhu Bhai entrusts a work to Baadshah. Baadshah successfully completes it. As a result craze for Baadshah increases in mafia. In one issue differences erupt between Baadshah and Sadhu Bhai. Baadshah challenges with Sadhu Bhai that he will put an end to Sadhu’s mafia kingdom. Meanwhile Hongkong police and Interpol officials start hunt for Baadshah. To escape from them, Baadshah runs away to Italy and changes his name as Rama Rao. There he meets Janaki (kajal) and falls in love with her. But she is already engaged to Adi (Navdeep). To break that engagement and marry Janaki, Rama Rao comes to India.
