Item is stamped dated on the back. Piece is a spring push load type. It advertises Eagle Gun Powder in red &  black paint on the center tin disk. Piece has a strong spring in the center under the Eagle disk and it is surrounded with leather. It is stamped dated Aug 29 82 on the back. Center back of the tin is a pull cork where it can be filled with black gun powder. The loading spout / nose is attached to the tin with a brass connection. Piece measures approx. 1 1/4 "D X 5" H. & 3" Diam.  This a very rare black powder manual feed powder adv. loader. See pics and feel free to email me with any questions. CONDITION: Item is in very condition for age. Piece shows original patina & use age wear. The leather has dried / cracked out from age.  The center is still strong.  The Eagle Gun Powder adv. shows some use wear, but the red & black is vivid.  SEE PICSInternational buyders please inquire.
