THELMA ~ A Norwegian Princess by Marie Corelli - Late 19th Century edition
Description: THELMA ~ A Norwegian Princess (Hardcover: 416 pages; approx. 8" x 5½")
Early American edition of a classic late-19th Century romance novel about a young Norwegian woman who marries an English Lord, and the complications that inevitably follow.
The book has no copyright date, but the first page has a handwritten inscription to "Annie Tipton from Roanoke S.S. Christmas 1895" (see 4th photo)..
Author: Marie Corelli
Condition: Just fair, I'd say, but the book is complete and in a very clean, readable state. The covers are worn and scuffed and there's a separation at the binding between the title/dedication page and the first page of Chapter 1, as shown in my 5th photo. One page at the back has a very small edge tear. I didn't see any creases, stains or extraneous markings.
Publisher: E. A. Weeks & Co., Chicago
**NOTE**: Shipping charges are discounted when more than one of my items are purchased at the same time. See what else I have to offer!
