This plate is the fourth edition in a series of five plates commemorating the 100th anniversary of the world's first Christmas plate. It is called Christmas in Church and was originally issued in 1968. This plate is number 8401. There is also a B by the number. It was made in 1994. The plate is made of porcelain, hand painted and glazed in the Danish blue so popular in Christmas plates.
It is 6 inches in diameter and in perfect condition. I have the box although it is a little rough. I do not have the COA. This is a hard to find plate.
All plates have factory drilled holes on the backs for hanging.
