Yellow turpentine bath by Dr. Zalmanov is recommended for people with high blood pressure (140/90 and more)

Indications for turpentine baths:

Use:

The required amount balsam is dissolved in hot water, mix well and add to the bath (water temperature 36-37C degrees) Taking a bath, add hot water to it and bring the temperature up to 40-42C. Baths are taken for 10-15 minutes.
The initial amount of balm 10-15 ml (1 cap) for regular 175-200l bath tub. As the course of gradually progresses increase amount of balm per bath tub.
Course: at least 15 baths


Contraindications:

ischemic heart disease with symptoms of angina, arrhythmia;
cardiac insufficiency above first step;
hypertension;
chronic nephritis and nephrosis;
chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis;
acute eczema, scabies;
acute inflammation or exacerbation of chronic diseases;
malignancy
second half of pregnancy;
individual intolerance to turpentine baths.

Do not use white bath if you have high blood pressure!
Do not use yellow bath if your blood pressure is normal or low!
