You will receive pillow case only (the stuffing inside is NOT INCLUDED as this will vastly increase shipping cost). This will be a 35X35cm pillow, two-sided image (same on both sides). It will be full flannel.

We recommend you use a 50X50 insert (we used the one from IKEA): http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70262197/

Note: The stuffed pillow shown with a different pattern is a sample only. The item's been stuffed with 50X50cm IKEA brand pillow for the rounder, puffier look/feel. That pattern is not available.

The pillow case is exactly as I hoped it would be. The design is vibrant and looks great once stuffed. Just a note, though: you need to get the right-sized insert for it to look its best, but it’s worth the effort. A fun addition to my decor.

The Devil David pillowcase is a unique item that’s high quality. I like the design a lot, and the fabric feels nice to the touch. Can't wait to get a pillow insert for it and display it properly. Such a fun addition for collectors. I’m happy with my order.
