Step 1: Use the supplied micro-fiber cloth to make sure your screen is free of dust and fingerprints. Dust and dirt is the main cause of air bubbles.
Step 2: Remove the protective film marked "1" from the LCD film while apply the LCD film to your screen.
Step 3: Carefully line up the screen protector with the screen from one side. Slowly and gently lay down the screen protector to the other side.
Step 4: Use a credit card to smooth out any air bubbles towards the nearest edge.
Step 5: Now just remove the protective film marked "2" from the LCD film.
