Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage and emailed to us within 2 days of delivery date (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company).ReturnsAll Returns must be Authorized. Accepted AUTHORIZED returns must be received at our location within 7 days of the delivery date, in NEW & UNUSED condition. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in NEW, RESALEABLE condition. It MUST arrive UNUSED in it's original packaging, complete with ALL accessories & user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged. We will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs Please email us for further instructions BEFORE returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage.
