This is a beautiful piece of McCoy pottery. It has very high glaze gloss. It has a hairline crack which you can see in the last 2 pictures and a tiny glaze chip in the longest tail feather. Otherwise the only flaws are typical under glaze manufacturing flaws. The color is still quite brilliant and shiny. it measures about 10x8x2.5. this makes a lovely table centerpiece which is what I have used it for the past 25 years. I believe this piece was manufactured in the 40's. Very attractive. Thanks for looking.
