How To Use?
1. Sucking milk by a breast pump.
2. Cutting off the storage bag by a clean shear.
3. Opening the sealing strip and pour breast milk into the storage bag carefully.
4. Extruding air and fastening the sealing strip, mark a date and capacity message.
5. They are Self Standing Bags. Putting the bag into fridger endways :)
6. Pouring the milk into bottle and heat it or you could heat it directly and then pour into bottle to feed.

How to Unfreeze?
1. Put the bag into the 40℃ warm water or unfreeze in the flowing running water, shake the bag to speed up the freezing time.
2. You could also take out the bag to freeze ahead of a day.
