STINEWAY - FORD HOPKINS Drug Stores - Vintage Matchbook Cover
Description: Here's a vintage standard-sized matchbook cover from the Stineway - Ford Hopkins chain of drug stores, based in the Chicago area. The chain claimed to be "for all your drug needs".
There's no printing on the inside.

Actual Size: approx. 2" x 1.5" (closed)
Date: Not dated, but probably from the 1950s or 1960s.
Condition: Fair, I'd say. The cover is just a bit soiled, but there's a large hole just above the striker strip, likely from rough removal of the staple that held the matches. There's also an additional set of staple holes which pass through the striker strip and both sides of the cover. (Please see scans.)
