A souvenir spoon from Pwllheli, a Welsh speaking town in North West Wales. And no that is not a misspelling. The spoon was made in England. Not sure of the metal. It could be silver plate or rhodium plate. Definitely not sterling.
The cap is an enameled crest with the Welsh lion. This sits atop the Welsh feather. The stem has a row of caviar beading down the center.
The spoon is 4.25 inches long. Condition is very good. No wear to the plating but it needs a good cleaning and I don't clean silver as some collectors want the patina.
