Royal Vienna Creamer and Sugar Bowl with Lid - Ca.1890

This ornate Royal Vienna porcelain creamer and sugar date from about 1890. They feature scalloped rims, shaped bowls, ruffled feet, and ruffled handles which attach to the feet, leaving open spaces. The floral transfer consists of violets on a white ground. The feet are colored pink with pale white flowers. There is a lot of gold trim, which is worn in places. Both pieces have the Royal Vienna (Austria) crown mark. Condition: the sugar bowl has an inside rim chip (see close-up photo). This, and the worn gold trim, is reflected in our price. (5104J-CA)
