RUSSIA Postage Stamp - 1866 - 10k Coat of Arms (Sc. #23a) - Used

Here's an old postage stamp issued by Russia in the middle of the 19th Century. It carries a 10 kopeck denomination in a Coat of Arms design. I believe that it's Scott Catalog #23a (vertically laid paper), issued in 1866. However, I'm not an expert on these, so please use the scans to verify my identification for yourself.

Condition: Used, centered as shown, with what appear to be a couple mildly scuffed (or poorly inked) areas on the front. (Please see scans.)
