Ikea's Light features:

-For Ikea By Ola Wihlborg
-A felt square with velcro on edges that rolls up into a cylinder shape
-LED lighting inside the cylinder shine through star shaped cut-outs
-May be used as a tree skirt for a small artificial tree or as unique table lighting year round

You can place it in a cylinder shape, as pictured. Or it's actually like a felt placemat with little lights and some Velcro on the edges. This allows you to place two Kallts together to make a much larger cylinder, which would be perfect to cover the bottom of your tree, for example.

About 16" (40cm) high. Cord length is 6'3" (1.9m).
