This RARELY-OFFERED Original Poster is in Very Good / Excellent condition! Posters for this LIMITED-RELEASE, independently-released and distributed film were produced in MUCH LOWER QUANTITIES than larger-studio, wide-release films and nice-condition posters can be very hard to find! Originally folded, the poster and been stored rolled since the '80s - which has greatly minimized the folds - and it will be shipped rolled. With light edge and surface wear ; some wear at the fold lines ' an approx 2" irregular vertical tear at the top center fold line (arrested with tape on the back of the poster) and approx. 6" vertical wrinkling and splintering at the top right edge. With warm, unfaded colors and sharp images. Printed on glossy poster stock.

This attractive, understated poster, featuring sketchwork by "SAVIO", offers a great image in pale reds and browns of the film's three stars: JUDD HIRSCH holds a banjo in his extended arm , MARTIN BALSAM waves a walking stick and PAMELA REED lovingly clutches HIRSCH. With a pale orange-red sun in the background and an accompanying sketch of CONEY ISLAND AMUESMENT PARK RIDES: a ROLLERCOASTER and a PARACHUTE DROP . With a nice, stylized title logo, all against a mottled tan background.

The film, about a man's dream of rebuilding his Coney Island Hotdog Stand, also stars RON SILVER , MICHAEL TUCKER and GENE SAKS . Written and Directed by HERB GARDNER
