This cross-eyed cat is laughably giddy. It is waving and wears a blue bow. This cat is the flat early Deco style that came out of Japan which is impressed into the cat's rump. The cat is gray ceramic and all decoration is cold painted. It stands 4.75 inches tall and is in perfect condition.
