Hospitality Experience Chart

During week of this class, you are asked to participate in two hospitality experiences. Using the chart below, explain the experiences and evaluate them based on the qualities presented in the class content. Evaluate the various components by explaining how your experiences illustrate your understanding of each concept. In addition, you are required to add three additional characteristics to the chart that you feel were important to your experiences.
