Pine-thyme Honey from Crete: In Crete's ecosystem, the co-existence of pines with fragrant thyme creates the necessary conditions for the collection of honey with particular characteristics: amber colour, rich thyme aromas, intensity and authenticity in taste.
3. Forest and Heather Honey: This honey is characterized by its special flavour and dark colour and is collected from the wild herb "ereikas" which blooms in autumn in the pine forests of Crete. 4. White thyme is a rare kind of thyme, which grows at an altitude of over 1.500 metres on the mountains of Crete.
