These are done in a nubuck finish-leather they have metal grommets and speed lacing up at top of boot! These will make you feel tough they are weighty and will make you feel grounded and significant! (Heel height 1.5 inches / Shaft 4 inches) Boots are made in the Romania they are well made and feel as such! They may run a bit larger to accommodate thicker socks but run pretty much true to size.
