The lower cradle is 45 mm long while the upper clamp is only 13 mm, allowing for a huge range of fore and aft adjustment. Speaking of adjustment, the clamp doesn't need to be unbolted to easily change out your saddle. A very nice feature indeed. Both cradles are made out of aluminum and can easily be adjusted to fit seat rails up to 10.3 mm thick. Thus the Cyrano will work with every saddle Fizik makes. Micro adjustment is handled by the aluminum dial attached to the front bolt which can be easily turned with your thumb. Adjustment ranges from -5 degrees to +20 degrees. The seatpost has a setback of 15 mm if measured the standard way, though the long lower cradle enables that number to shift about 5 mm fore or aft. Lastly, each Cyrano comes with a handy saddle height donut that simply stays put to mark your saddle height. A convenient feature for those who travel a lot.
