This is a talking parrot, or toucan (looks like a cross between the two). I bought it about 10 years ago in a Cracker Barrel store. This toy was made by Chain Fong, the makers of the Parrobot. This bird will repeat back to you short phrases and words that you say to it or it hears . He is in excellent condition, and comes with his standing perch, but no packaging or anything else. As you can see in the last picture, the screw that goes into the battery cover is missing. However, that screw is not required to hold the cover in place.
