Brand new BIRGIT STRÃ… stra decorative bedspread / throw blanket from IKEA of Sweden. SOFT and CUDDLY. Pale beige off-white ecru cream. Great for the cottage. Love the pretty simplicity of this 100 percent cotton knit bedspread/blanket by IKEA. It works both as a light summer cover or as an extra layer when the nights grow chillier. LAST ONE.

A lightweight, decorative blanket that keeps you warm. Length: 94 ". Width: 59 ". Length: 240 cm. Width: 150 cm. Knitted. Machine wash, warm.

Coordinates with other products in the BIRGIT series from IKEA.

Designed by Malin Ã…kerblom. Designer thoughts: "With one foot in 19th century Sweden and the other in the present, I wanted to awaken a traditional feeling that feels fresh and new. I found my inspiration for the BIRGIT textile collection in Swedish homes and in embroidery, weaving techniques and nature. I think the curtain looks as good hanging freely in the room as it does around a window. And the warm throw can also be used as a decorative wall hanging. I hope you like the play between old and new."

It would look wonderful as a room accent, thrown across the foot of a bed, on a chair or sofa, etc. Cuddly as a TV watching blanket.
