Here's an interesting vintage postcard featuring a Swan Boat in the Public Gardens in Boston, Massachusetts. The description states: Popular with young and old alike, the graceful Swan Boats glide over the surface of the artificial pond of Boston's famous Public Gardens."
On the back, the card is identified as "Lusterchrome", made only by Tichnor Bros., Inc., Boston 15, Mass. It carries the number "K-1421".
Size: approx. 3½" x 5½"
Date: Not dated, but probably from the 1950s.
Condition: Good, I'd say. The card is unused, with very only slight edge wear. The back shows a moderate amount of foxing. (Please see scans.)
