Filter Perfect is compatible with chlorine, bromine and alternative sanitizing systems. This highly concentrated cleaning solution is great for removing body oils, suntan oils, and scum build-up on cartridge, D.E. elements, and sand filters.Features:Effective on all types of filter mediaClean cartridges, filter grids and sand filtersImprove filter efficiencyCompatible with all types of pool or spa sanitizing systemsLengthen cycles between filter cleaningSpecifications:Remove cartridge or D.E. grids from tank and hose off loose debrisSupply 5 to 10 gallons of water in a container, add 1 Liter of Filter Perfect and let cartridges or grids soak overnight. Remove from solution and rinse. Cartridges should be allowed to dry before reinstalling.Directions for Sand filters:Have the pool pump running and filter in the backwash mode. With the main drain valve closed add 1 Liter of Filter Perfect to the skimmer. Once the Filter Perfect has reached the filter, turn the pump off. Put the filter valve in the closed position and let unit set for a minimum of 6 hours. Turn the pump back on with the filter in the backwash position and run until the water flow is clear.
