This Matte Titanium Dioxide pigment is a 1.25 gram sample. It is non-bleeding and doesn't migrate and can be used in MP and CP, also HP. It's approved general cosmetic use including eye & lip products which makes it great because you can use it to lighten tones of other colors!

I like to use this color to lighten the tone of other colors and it's Water dispersible so works well with almost all types of cosmetic making products. Works excellent in clear bases and in white bases; gives you a whiter [soap] if applicable.

I started making my own lip balms, shampoos, conditioners, and then soaps at the end of 2012 all the way into 2013 & current so I'm pretty knowledgeable. I have gained a supply of pigments from all of my experimenting if you would like to try them out before you dive in full force as making your own items can be addicting! I have lots of fun with my personal soap and shampoo making and even have a few copycats out now! Amazingly enough, there's room for all of us as we should all try to be unique as possible when it comes to perfecting our own crafts.
