This is the nineteenth plate in the annual Christmas series showcasing the work of renowned artist Norman Rockwell. It was issued in 1992 by Knowles, "America's oldest name in fine china." This plate is entitled "The Christmas Surprise" and is a limited edition item. It is in perfect condition and comes with its original Certificate of Authenticity.
