If you look at the pictures you see it was wrapped, i had to unwrap it to take pictures. However, the idiot who wrapped it taped the bubble wrap to it, so some glue residue is to be found on the bumper.This is a used bumper and can and will show signs of that.For any use i suggest that you prime it and paint it.
