I have never seen a pipe like this before, so it is kind of hard to say to much from what the pictures show.The pipe is about 17.5 inches long.It is hand carved.It has a standbuilt into it.It can be taken apart into two parts.It is old, it belonged to a guy who served in the WWII and it comes from a storage unit that was full of vintage and antique stuff.If you want it, please use the pictures to decide, as I can't give to much information about it.
